Leaving on a jetplane

Tuesday was fun! It was truly a girl's outing..with Jyy Huey, Steph and Eliv. The four of us did what girls do best ; shopping + eating! Awesome. Lunch at the infamous (for their insanely big portions of food served in huge plates and humongous bowls) wagamama (nah im still lovin' it hehe) and then we hopped to Krispy kremes for their awesome donuts. Plus, i nicked a balloon from their shop. Teehee evil me. *angelic smile* I think i looked like a small kid with the balloon in my hand. Seriously these days I have been doing nothing but eating and shopping. Can't wait to get out of this place and back home where I can get more shopping done. Nahh im no shopaholic hehe.

Anyway it is supposed to be 'almost summer' here and yet the weather can be so unpredictable sometimes. Just last week i could actually walk out happily with a very sheer top and shorts and sunnies but this week is just awful. Monday was the worst day ever because the temperature actually dropped down to 4degrees which was really bad because i didnt expect it to be that cold. Its not very funny when you have no coat on. You try it and see. So anyway thank goodness today was not TOO bad albeit the fact that it was super wet and rainy today. And i had to walk all the way to my university to hand in my form for next year's module selection. My pants were..well soaked. Lunch at Tootsies today. Yums i can have the grilled salmon fillet with chips and salad everyday and i won't get bored of it. hehee. Bought some stuff to add to my already 'full-to-the-brim' suitcase. This also means that i will have to start sitting or sleeping on my suitcase to close it; this is not good news.

I really, truly hate packing. Its too stressful. Now if only i can command things with a zap of my finger..hmm thats something new.=)

Leaving on friday night..Mixed feelings. A part of me is happy that i'll be home soon and another part of me..well, wants to stay here. =( Anyway hopefully the feeling will be gone soon. Happiness > Sadness = happy aretha. Hehe i dun even know what im saying.

Born to shine

Today i walked into the carphone warehouse and something very SHINY caught my attention. It was silvery, reflective and oh-so-pretty..not to forget that it was also very bling-bling.*smile* I present to you LG Mobile's latest baby..LG Shine.

Needless to say, this baby already captured my heart. Im definitely eyeing this phone when i start my new contract this october. Hehe. The latest handset from LG's black label series this baby has a super reflective screen, 2 Mega pixels camera with Schneider-Kreuznach certified lens and 575mb of memory. LG never fails to impress me with their handsets. Seriously at the rate i'm going LG might as well just hire me as their next spokesperson. See i even have a picture to prove it. Hehe..sweet!

Anyway today was super hot and sunnyy bunnyy. pheww *sweat sweat* Thank goodness not much damage done today. I think im starting to get sick of shopping now. Hehe told ya im not a shopaholic. I know its probably high time for me to start packing since i will be leaving exactly a week from today. Im not very sure but right now I am quite excited about going home and a week later i'll probably be less excited.

Exams are finally over! I have officially completed year 2 and im really looking forward to the summer holidays! tis IS the season to be jolly fa la la la la la la la la *sings in a very badly offkey tune*. Okay so i still have the results to worry about but right now nothing can quite affect my good mood..well maybe except my waistline.T_T The weather's sunnyy hunnyy. Its time to shed the layers and yes i repeat shed the layers! No more layering and thick sweaters and jackets! Its hot its fun and most importantly im free! Maybe a lil' too free. Needless to say, a girl has to indulge in a lil' retail therapy..even more when she has been in 'prison' for so many weeks! hehe Thank goodness the damage done was not TOO bad and yes I insist that im not a shopaholic!*laughs*

The weather's awesome lately; well not quite but you know what i mean. After going through winter the weather now is fab..ahh absolute heaven.*smile* 2 more papers left and i'll be as free as a bird! whee can't wait for that. Then its back to KL for 3months plus during which i will eat sleep and rot. Lots of yumcha sessions, meeting up with old friends and shopping and i repeat shopping to be done! Gosh i can hardly believe that its already been another year. Time really does fly especially when you're busy. Many unexpected things happened this year and my life has taken yet another significant twist. I guess i am grateful for everything thats happening right now in my life.

Exams are in less than week and im still bumming around..feeling a bit lethargic. Honestly i can hardly wait for it to be over then i can burn all my books and enjoy my summer holidays! All this eat study sleep is making me fat..yes FAT! Its so depressing im telling you. Im hoping and hoping that my fats will miraculously disappear the next morning but sadly it never happened. T_T arhh depressing!

On a happier note, my friend sent me winnie the pooh! such a pleasant surprise! hehe yay love it. A lil retail therapy does wonders to you when you feel depressed and down and stressed out.
