Last Saturday, my boy brought me to London's Apollo theatre to watch Wicked the musical. Since it was my very first musical, i think i enjoyed it very much. It was all very exciting and i DID not sleep throughout the 3 hours! What I feel sets plays apart from movies is that so much effort is actually put into a play. Everything is done spontaneously; the music, the singing and the acting; everything had to be just right. The costumes were awesome, the songs and dances were very well choreographed and somehow it just makes everything feel magical. It made me feel as if i too wanted to be part of the musical! Oh well, im very impressed with how the crew can actually memorise the whole 3 hour script; that is pretty amazing!

We spent the whole day in London and i had a lot a lot of fun; i havent had this much fun in a long long time. Thankkiew for everything darling! I finally got my dose of the traditional italian ice cream with a cadbury flake on top! yummy! love love love the soft ice cream and yes darling its very different from the tubs of ice cream we get a sainsbury. *smile* Also had japanese food at Kulu Kulu a jap restaurant at Picadilly circus; the food was quite good! Of course you can't compare it with the japanese restaurants in KL but when one is acutely deprived of japanese food it makes all the jap food you eat here taste good! Shopping at selfridges was fun too! I bought some makeup from NARS after the MA sweared countlessly that the eyeshadow makes my eyes pop and the lipgloss makes me look a million dollars. I am indeed a very happy girl! A lil retail therapy never hurts hehe.
