If I don't I will be absolutely crushed.
I admit that I did mess up my first app, I took it lightly and didn't bother much about it. But I felt I really did put in 110% into this application.
I need a teeny weeny bit of miracle.

Cuppacake part II
Being a little bit obsessed with baking, I baked two more batches of cupcakes.
The first batch being the chocolate and vanilla marble cupcake with buttercream icing topping and silver dragees.
The second batch was Nutella frosted cupcakes. This time, I divided the portions into 2. One part the normal colour and the other I made it peach colour so the cakes turned out a marbly peachy yellow colour.
You have to excuse the piping.
>.<
My icing bag got punctured halfway through and I thought " Oh no this is not good." I was right because halfway through my piping, icing started oozing out from the sides of the bag.
@_@
The bloody bag costed me 2pounds!! And it was only made of nylon.
Today I experimented with plastic bags and it worked just fine. All I had to do was to snip one of the ends = instant piping bag.
Batch 1:
Before the sinful icing and silver balls.
With peach coloured buttercream icing and silver balls. Ooh la la! @_@
Batch 2:
Peach coloured marble cakes with Nutella frosting. I swear it tastes so much better than it looks. The pictures are not doing it justice! >.<
I also finally solved the mystery as to why my cakes "pow char". According to 'Master Chef baker, Aric" , my cupcakes exploded/ pow-chared because I used muffin moulds instead of the more shallow cupcake mould. Apparently more heat pushes up the cake in the muffin moulds because they are much deeper. Ooh la la.
@_@
I looked high and low around the city and could not find tart moulds!
=____="!!
How can??
I went to the Cardiff market, Kitchens and Lakelands and couldn't find tart moulds.
Am so excited about trying out this blueberry cheese tart and eggy tart recipe that I just found.
Ahh the wonders of baking. Its no wonder that the waistline needs improvement.
