Hello

Hi everyone! Sorry I have not been updating for the past few weeks. Alot of things have happened that have kept me occupied. But right now I am seriously feeling v free and liberated as if a big weight has been taken off my shoulders. Now all I have to do is wait in vain for the next 3 weeks. More on that later.

I know I have a load of products that I am supposed to be doing a review on but I have been sidelining that for weeks; sorry but there will be reviews up v soon I promise! In fact, gonna start taking the pictures after I post this up!

About 2 weeks ago I met my brother who is now a medical student in Nottingham; so proud of him *tears welling up*! Anyway I really miss him alot and I wish he will come back soon. =( Hes the best brother one can wish for *hearts*.

Last week met up with my friend Joslynn for tea and a girly outing. Suddenly I realised that everyone's so busy and have already started working. =(

Theres a relative's wedding dinner coming up this Saturday and I just got a new pair of heels and dress for it. Excited to wear my new dress. =)

SpaceNK and NARS haul

SpaceNK is definitely a more upmarket place for people looking to shop for makeup. They have everything from the most beautiful makeup from Chantecaille, By Terry, Lipstick Queen and Nars (among others) to beautiful haircare products from Frederic Fekkai, Bumble and bumble to skincare from Ren, Eve Lom and Darphin. There are many many other brands there and they are all unique and beautiful in a different way.

One thing I realised the difference that sets SpaceNK apart from departmental store counters is that you feel much more relaxed when browsing around the shop and you don't actually feel the 'pressure' that you usually get from pesky shop assistants. I like how sometimes they approach you and ask you what you need, they recommend you something totally new but leave the decision to you. I was introduced to 'Chantecaille' as such when i was looking for a tinted moisturiser. I was looking to buy Laura Mercier (which they do sell) but the lovely SA recommended Chantecaille. I was converted since then. So it is true when lollipop26 mentioned that you do feel 'educated' after that. :)

That aside, I got some NARS to play with. =) Well largely from my lovely boyfriend who bought some items from the new NARS lolita collection for me which I have had my beady eye on since forever. Although I am more than happy with my purchases so far but I am lemming the new NARS Sheer matte and Sheer glow foundations which I haven't had a chance to see but I am trying to console myself that I don't really need it. =/
